BDT was founded by James Pruitt in 2018 after Mr.Pruitt became frustrated with other tree services in the area that were exhibiting shady and dangerous business practices. Mr.Pruitt established BDT in order to provide customers with a quality, reliable, and safe tree care service that values customer needs over sales quotas.

BDT also does its best to be as environmentally responsible as possible. We follow all environmental regulations and we have recently partnered with onetreeplanted.org. We plant one tree with every sale, and we also plant one tree for every tree we remove!
